All problems are reported centrally to our Help Desk. HS Data operates an electronic-based help desk system for problem logging and resolution which includes management alerts and escalation to vendors. HS Data Customer Service Department ensures the smooth operation of all your hardware and software products. We take immediate action and employ the best engineers to rectify any problems at your Information Technology infrastructure. We act proactively in order to minimize risk and down-time of your systems. The support processes are implemented following the best practices and all our engineers are trained to act accordingly. Additionally, when requested HS Data provides remote support and 24 x 7 Support services.
