SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (REF. 2019/01)
Responsible for actively managing the relationship with customers in Cyprus to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:
Generating leads, including cold calls
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Working on specific targeted product campaigns

Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Expectations of the role include, but are not limited to:
Experience with Windows Server technologies such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies and Windows server networking, WSUS, File Services, IIS, FTP, SMTP, DFS, Clustering
Experience with NAS storage systems QNAP, SYNOLOGY or same
Experience with backup technologies and software such as Backup Exec, Arcserve, Azure Backup
Experience with virtualization Hyper-V, VMware, XenServer and their high Availability
Experience with Exchange Online and mailbox migration, setup and manage Office365 tenants and user accounts including other Office365 technologies
Working Knowledge of Enterprise networking equipment such as Firewalls, routers, switches, etc. from vendors like CISCO, HP, SOPHOS, WATCHGUARD, JUNIPER, FORTIGATE, BARRACUDA etc.
