SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (REF. 2019/01)

Responsible for actively managing the relationship with customers in Cyprus to promote our products and services.


To help you decide if this job is for you, this is what we expect from the right candidate:


  • You will contribute to the annual business/account plan and execution for the assigned accounts, reporting to the Sales Manager what actions will be required for your product/portfolio.

  • You will work with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate.

  • You will provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members by sharing expertise and specialist knowledge

  • You will be working closely with the assigned clients, regularly liaising with multiple key stakeholders and ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained.

  • You will demonstrate good knowledge of all our products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas. Expected to understand the impact of their specialisation area on assigned client’s business.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE (REF. 2019/03)

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads, including cold calls

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Working on specific targeted product campaigns

  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • Understanding and promoting company solutions and products.

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

  • Maintaining client records.

Requirements:

SENIOR SYSTEMS AND INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER (REF. 2019/04)

Expectations of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Experience with Windows Server technologies such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies and Windows server networking, WSUS, File Services, IIS, FTP, SMTP, DFS, Clustering

  • Experience with NAS storage systems QNAP, SYNOLOGY or same

  • Experience with backup technologies and software such as Backup Exec, Arcserve, Azure Backup

  • Experience with virtualization Hyper-V, VMware, XenServer and their high Availability

  • Experience with Exchange Online and mailbox migration, setup and manage Office365 tenants and user accounts including other Office365 technologies

  • Working Knowledge of Enterprise networking equipment such as Firewalls, routers, switches, etc. from vendors like CISCO, HP, SOPHOS, WATCHGUARD, JUNIPER, FORTIGATE, BARRACUDA etc.

  • Working Knowledge of Exchange Server

  • Working Knowledge of PowerShell scripts or commands

  • Knowledge of SAN infrastructure

  • Setup and support Operating Systems such as Windows Desktop and Windows server both current and previous versions

  • Support hardware maintenance and replacement including firmware updates, driver and patch updates

  • General support on IT related office equipment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies

  • Any recent Microsoft/Cisco/VMWARE certification would be considered an additional advantage

  • Support hardware firmware updates

  • Pack/unpack computers, network hardware, and other related equipment
